*Website may collect personal contact information (name, phone number, emails) provided to OSG and collected through the Website, that may be used to contact or identify you.

*Website may collect credit card information and zip code provided by you if you make a donation to OSG through the Website.

*Website may collect demographic information (age, gender, state of residence) for surveys.

*Website collects browser information called Log Data.  Log Data includes the date and time of Website visit; which Website pages you visit; how much time you spend on the Website; your computer’s Internet Protocol address.

*Information is collected directly by Website from visitors to Website via website browser and from on answers provided by visitors to Website.

WHY IS INFORMATION COLLECTED

*Information collected pursuant to this Policy is used for improving services provided by OSG. 

*Information collected may be used to measure the number of Website visits, average time spent on the Website and pages viewed as well as to run diagnostic tests and to administer the Website. We may then use this information to analyze and improve the features and functionality of this Site.

*Personal contact and credit card information provided by Website visitor to make a donation or purchase is used solely for purpose of collecting donation or completing purchase.  Donors and Purchasers may be added to OSG database and be contacted with new information, including merchandise, programming updates, events and fundraising initiatives. Personal contact and credit card information is not shared this with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete donation/transaction or ship a purchased item. 

*OSG may contact you to facilitate, complete or confirm a transaction or notify you of other administrative matters related to Website.

*If you would like to update or delete information provided by you to Website, you may contact us directly at info@offschoolgrounds.org. OSG attempts to maintain accurate information as provided. If your personal information has changed, you may update your new information on the Website.  OSG reserves the right to retain such information to the full extent not prohibited by law. OSG may discard information in our discretion, so you should retain your own records and not rely upon OSG storage of any personal information or other data.
